09-07-2024MD slow roast, Double espresso to americano with foaming milk, 0.5 oz, 3 clicks fine grind, 1.5 oz full full of origin flavors, but less sour , more sweet.not expected, too bitter, no sour at all, but also not that sweet, body is crispy and flat due to under extraction, 55mm protafilter with 0.5 oz at 3 click grind still can not reach the espresso pressure with Breville machine
09-08-2024MD slow roast, Double espresso to americano with foaming milk, 0.5 oz, 3 clicks fine grind, 1.2 oz full , use single portafilter full of origin flavors, but less sour , more sweet.not success, 0.5 oz for single protafilter is too much, and with 3 clicks fine grind, it can not extra much coffee out, although it did drop some of espresso, but very bold, not drinkable .
