Red and Yellow Catuai:
Natural process with red and yellow Catuai, There are two colors on the beans, the brown color beans have a very thin brown skin but firmly attached to the bean, the green color beans also have the same skin but just more transparent and no color, after we remove that skin, all the beans are in the same green color. I am wondering if the brown color is from red Catuai from natural process (Cheery color blend in to the skin)
These beans are very dense, they are small compare to other beans, very hard and sweet.
