Organic Blue Moon Kintamani Highlands Bali – Bean

Observations

Blue bourbon/ Typica:
Wet hulled process make bean in some how irregular bean shape, this bean can be easily cracked into two layers, and the inner layer is also hard and dense, but there is a skin like film around the inner layer. there are some moist locked in the inner layer makes the bean heavier than the same size bean.
bean body is in dark gray green and there are a lot of beans showed as beat up style due to the tumble pressure when remove parchment skin before dry.
most of the cracks have been filled with yellow dried skin , crack is small.
large : 1/2 inch 11/126= 8.7% of total
small: 3/10 inch 40/126 =31.7% of total
average: 2/5 inch 75/126=59.5% of total
average weight: 0.81/126 = 0.00643
Overall (rate 5/10): dense with moist locked inner, batch with small to average bean size.
